By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

Every effort has been made to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colors, and dimensions are as accurate as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Originality & AI

Every piece of artwork sold through this website is created entirely by me by hand using traditional art materials. I do not use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate or create my artwork.

All paintings, illustrations, and designs are my own original ideas and concepts. I do not copy or reproduce the artwork of other artists, nor do I copy artwork or images from the internet.

Copyright & Reproduction

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I retain the copyright to all artwork I create, including original paintings, prints, illustrations, and commissioned artwork.

Purchasing an original painting or a print transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. It does not transfer the copyright or any reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, distributed, used commercially, or used to create derivative works without my prior written permission.

I reserve the right to create and sell prints or reproductions of my original artwork, even after the original painting has been sold, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For commissioned artwork, I retain the copyright to the artwork. However, because commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, I will not create or sell prints, reproductions, or merchandise featuring your commissioned painting without your permission unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment in full is required before ready-made products and original artwork are shipped.

For commissioned artwork, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required before work begins. This deposit reserves your place in my schedule and covers the time, planning, and materials involved in creating your artwork.

Once your commission is complete, I will send you updates along with a photograph of the finished painting before shipment. The remaining balance, together with shipping costs, must be paid before the artwork is shipped.

Print Club Subscription

The Print Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until cancelled.

To receive the current month's Print Club package, you must subscribe before the 20th of each month. Orders placed on or after the 20th will receive the following month's package.

Subscription renewals are processed automatically each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be completed before the 19th of each month to avoid being charged for and receiving the following month's Print Club package.

To cancel your subscription or update your shipping address, you can:

Log into your account, visit the Print Club page on my website, and click Manage Your Subscription, or
Contact me using the Contact Form on my website, and I will be happy to assist you.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide, including your name, address, email address, and payment information, is used only to process your order, communicate with you regarding your purchase, and comply with legal obligations.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to process your order, such as payment providers or shipping carriers, or where required by law.

You will only receive promotional emails, newsletters, or marketing communications if you have chosen to subscribe. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights provided under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Consumers residing in the US continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
