I want you to love all of the art work that you order Every effort has been made to ensure that all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions on this website are accurate. Please carefully review the listed dimensions and product details before placing your order to ensure the artwork is the right size for your space.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if it has not arrived) with your order number and photos of the damage where applicable. I will gladly arrange a replacement or provide a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Original Artwork Return Policy

If your original artwork arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will arrange a replacement where possible or provide a full refund.

If you change your mind after purchasing an original painting, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with US consumer law.

Please contact me before returning your order. The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Prints & Other Products Return Policy

Prints, stickers, postcards, journals, colouring books, and other products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with US consumer law. Please contact me before returning your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Commissioned Artwork Return Policy

Commissioned paintings are custom-made and created specifically for you. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required before work begins. This deposit covers the time, planning, and materials involved in creating your artwork.

The remaining balance, along with shipping costs, is due before the completed artwork is shipped.

Because commissioned artwork is personalised and made specifically for you, it cannot be cancelled or returned once work has begun. If your commissioned artwork arrives damaged, is defective, or is lost during shipping, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will work with you to arrange a replacement where possible or provide a refund.
