• If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please email info@sillycatarts.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the product(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of the issue (optional, but appreciated)

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for completing the return process.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

• Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
